Transaction Cancellation Policy
- Order cancellation by a user on the website shall be permitted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations enacted thereunder (hereinafter: the "Law"). Cancellation shall be executed by contacting the Company through any of the following methods, wherein the user shall specify the following details: order number, customer name, mobile phone number, and email address.

- A user is entitled to cancel a transaction in accordance with the transaction cancellation provisions specified in the Website Terms and Conditions and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
- A user who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant who placed an order on the website shall be entitled to cancel the order within four (4) months from the date of order confirmation (the date of receiving the confirmation document), provided that the user contacted the Company and notified it—via phone call or electronic communication—of their status as belonging to one of the populations listed in this section. The Company shall be entitled to request documentation from the user, as specified by Law, proving that they are a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant, as applicable.
- A transaction cannot be canceled if any modification or alteration has been made to the product by the user or any third party on their behalf.
- In the event of a transaction cancellation due to a defect or non-conformity, an inspection will be conducted with the user, whereby the user may cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of receiving the item. If necessary, a pickup date for the product will be coordinated, and the financial refund and transaction cancellation shall be processed in accordance with the law. The purchase receipt/confirmation must be retained, and any use of the product must be avoided.
- A monetary refund in the case of a credit card transaction cancellation shall be executed by crediting the credit card used for the transaction within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request and the returned item. In the case of a partial transaction cancellation (returning one item out of several purchased), the Company shall refund to the user, within 14 days from the date of receiving the cancellation notice, the portion of the transaction price paid for the returned item.
- A user's right to cancel a transaction shall not derogate from the Company's right to claim damages in the event that returned products have suffered a decrease in value resulting from a significant deterioration in their condition while in the consumer's possession—including in cases where the returned product was used, its packaging opened or damaged, or if it was broken, defective, spoiled, and/or sustained any damage.
- Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation: The purchase of custom-engraved items made to order, perishable goods, products manufactured specifically for the consumer, or recordable, copiable, or reproducible goods whose original packaging was opened by the consumer cannot be canceled.
